Philippines Next Top Model: Best and Worst Makeovers

Although I have yet to watch the third episode of Philippines’ Next Top Model, that PNTM clips are being erased from YouTube, and that its official website takes forever to update (and broken in some parts), it’s a relief that some good souls over at Pinoy Exchange shared some screenshots.

Let us first feature the much-anticipated makeover for the remaining 11 finalists.  It’s fun to compare their before and after looks, and check if the stylists did not make a disaster.  We don’t want another Kris Bernal (of Starstruck 4) crying over a “pinagtripan” haircut.

Overall, the makeovers were fair.  Nothing too stunning for the most part.

Uhm…what did the stylists do?  Oh! They dyed her hair black.

If only they didn’t “blow” her hair after the pictorial, I would have understood what the heck her new do looks like (aside from the fact that it’s shorter).

They should have kept her hair long since I can see her as a shampoo model (which makes big money in the Philippines), but what the heck it will grow back anyway…in two years.

Empress Maruja, ang Usisera ng Philippine Blog Awards

Kakarating ko lang galing Makati.  Salamat sa mga bumubuo ng Philippine Blog Awards at nakakuha ketch ng ticket ilang oras bago ang event.  At least, may magandang ganap na nangyari sa akin kesa naman sa patulan ko pa yung booking kong hanggang pecking on the lips lang ang kaya noh! (Pangit naman kasi na pupunta ako sa isang malayong probinsya para lang ibigay ang lahat ng akin at halik sa labi lang ang mapapala ko.  Gusto ko rin namang makaranas ng malaplapan!)

So siyempre, idol ko talaga si Azenith Briones ng Temptation Island dahil “late entrance, early exit” ang drama ketch.  Ako yata ang huli sa registration, at ako rin yata ang huli sa pila.  Saan ka pa?

Sad nga lang dahil hindi nakapunta si Svelte dahil may-offset nga ang sister.  Dapat din sana may isa pa akong officemate/ blogger na sasama, kaya lang pagtawag ko sa funang kakagising lang daw niya.  Yes, solo flight ang Empress.  Good luck sa akin!

Mabilis namang naraos ang Awards Night.  Masaya ang pa-raffle, happy ang mga winners, kaya lang hindi maiiwasang mapunahan ang low energy ng crowd.  Bakit nga ba?  Dahil ba likas lang talaga tayong mahiyain?
