Shameless Plugs: WeeWillDoodle Exhibit at Fully Booked Taguig

Dahil loves (with matching hand signal) ko si Rick Manzano ng Project Manila, promote lang ketch…

Fresh from their recent doodling stints at Powerplant Mall and Embassy, the WeeWillDoodle group is again taking their doodling to a whole new level. This time it’s at Fully Booked , where their drawings will be exhibited on Moleskine Pocket Japanese books, those oh-so-lovely accordion-type notebooks.

The exhibit opens on September 21, Friday, 7pm at the atrium of Fully Booked in Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City.

The WeeWillDoodle group will be drawing on T-shirts too (doodleyershirt), so if you want a piece of their work, don’t forget to bring your own shirt!

Fifty goodie bags will also be given out to some lucky folks.

Please visit ProjectManila.com to register for doodleyershirt. Don’t forget to include your name, email and URL. Only limited slot available, so hurry!

This exhibit was put together by Fully Booked, PinoyCentric, and Project Manila.

Bitterness Is Next To Ugliness

Kachikatext kets ang isang ka-org about the outcome. Binati pa kets ng Happy Birthday kahit one day in advance. Seiko nga sa kanya kung gaano kami kasaya ni Svelte na nag-first runner-up ang aming ipinagmamalaking UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe sa kaka-finesse na UAAP Cheerdance Competition.

Nag-reply si Olivia (wiz truli nemsung), “At least tanggap, unlike FEU’s expression when it was announced na second runner-up lang sila.”

Philippine Idol Updates: Will GMA Ignore Idol’s First Season?

17 09 2007

It’s already “confeermed.” GMA Network is the new franchise holder of Philippine Idol.

Although Idol would transfer to one of the major TV networks in the country, there are several things that bother me. For one, there are rumors that GMA is planning to treat Idol as a totally new show. This means that it would be independent from its first season on ABC and ignoring its first winner Mau Marcelo in the process.

Another question that has been running around Idol fans’ minds is whether GMA would field in Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez as its host. I honestly hope not, but knowing GMA’s fondness of Regine they would put her in the show. Ryan Agoncillo is still the better host for Idol if you ask me, then add along Drew Arellano for that “payabangan sa hosting” tension.

And, just in case someone in GMA reads this, for the love of God keep Louie Ignacio away from Philippine Idol. We don’t want his usual ati-atihans, candle chandeliers, close-ups of whatever mishaps on the show, overexposure on the boys, etc etc etc.
