Remember when I featured Mr. Gay Philippines? The winner represents our kawntree in the biennial International Mr. Gay Competition, which will be held on January 2008 in Hollywood, California.
More gay hottiness as we meet some of the candidates (representing countries you won’t expect; last year they had a candidate from frickin’ Vatican City) after the jump.
Let’s first talk about our own rep, Ray Allen Cachero. Earth, as his friends call him, is 29 years old and pursuing a career in health care. This Sagitarian stands 5′ 8″ and weighs 138 pounds. Earth’s hobbies include photography, watching movies, music, and reading.
Next in line is Salvatore Carfora, Mr. Gay Italy. The 23-year-old hails from Maddaloni, measuring 5′ 11″ and 180 pounds. He is deeply interested in fitness, traveling, and reading.
Meet Abdallah. He’s 21 years old and representing Syria. This business student stands 5′ 11″ and weighs 175 pounds. Abdallah likes to play basketball, as well as swimming and working out in the gym.
We also have Mark Edward Carter, a police officer representing the United Kingdom. The 24-year-old hails from Halifax and stands 5′ 10″. Apart from clubbing and working out, he is also into charity work.
I’ll provide you an update on the other candidates as soon as they are confirmed to join. We have yet to wait for Mr. Gay USA and Mr. Gay Brazil, who will join the pageant for the first time.
